Our Vancouver Island abattoir processed cuts include: 1/3 lb all-beef patties, steaks, roasts, ground beef, short ribs, stewing beef and soup bones. Also, available - V.I. abattoir processed cuts of Pork include: Smokies, sausages, ribs, pepperoni sticks, chops and soup bones.
