Great little loveseat that turns into a bed. Super for smaller condos or anywhere you have limited space! This is from our RV so it is lightweight compared to a normal sofa bed and has not had much use at all. Takes a blow up mattress up to a double (full) size (not included but they are a very reasonable price at your local "W*l-M**t). There is a storage drawer underneath that easily holds the deflated mattress when not needed. This is in great condition with no dirty marks, scratches or tears anywhere. It measures approximately 63 inches wide, 33 inches deep, arm height is 30 inches and back height is 40 inches. It's quite comfortable as seating and for sleeping.
