$640 · Lovely house seeks lovely human

Seeking a solid human to live in one bedroom in a 5 bedroom house with a huge backyard, big living room, and spacious kitchen (with a huge deep freeze!). March 1st. Rent is $625 for March and April and increasing in May by $15 (so $640 thereafter) due to a rent increase in line with the RTB standards. This is inclusive of all bills, toilet paper & dish soap (with the exception of some crazy over the top winter hydro bills which can be up to ~$30 extra in the coldest months). The house is currently inhabited by two cats (no more pets please) and 5 humans who like to do things like study, go to electronic music festivals, make art, and have fun. There is a mixture of working people and students in the house and we like to keep it pretty low key most of the time, but people here sing and make music, and we like to be able to host friends for fun times when we all agree. We are open minded, communicative, respectful people who want to have a happy home environment for all of us to thrive in. We make noise during reasonable times and we work to communicate our needs so that everyone can have the space that they desire in the home zone. We are all neurodivergent weirdos who are finding our ways in the world. If you are someone who likes to take care of their home space, make friends with their roommates, balance being social and taking time to yourself, and who is creative, welcoming, and generally a great person to be around, then this might be the spot for you. You must be friendly towards: Queer/Poly friendly, 420, bass music, and generally accepting, open, inclusive, and willing to always increase your knowledge and awareness.
