Rates: $140/night, $900/week. This modern, super clean 600 sq ft suite is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard. Your hosts, Robb and Sue (a retired couple), are the sole occupants of the house. We pride ourselves on the absolute cleanliness and comfort of our suite. The suite is meticulously cleaned after each guest. All surfaces are sanitized, linens and towels thoroughly washed, appliances cleaned, carpets vacuumed and floors washed. You will not find more spotless/hygienic accommodations. And your private entrance and completely fenced access ensures total privacy. The suite is on the lower level of a large home in Colwood and has a private, completely fenced entrance. Off street parking is available. The large kitchen is equipped with everything you need for self-catering and features full sized washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave. The large bedroom has a queen-size bed and the bathroom features a tub with shower. The suite has a large living/dining area equipped with sofa and chairs, a 51" T.V. featuring HBO, Crave, Sports and News channels. There is a separate dining area with table and chairs. There is ample closet/cupboard space throughout the suite. The property is close to Royal Roads University and has easy access to downtown (approx 15kms) and Highway 1 for access to other island locations. Excellent shopping and restaurants are nearby at the Westshore Shopping Centre, as is Victoria's only Costco. There are many parks, woodland trails and beaches in the area. We are pet-friendly but one pet only please.
