Looking to hire professional finishing painter

*Wage is negotiable, based on ability. Please put expected hourly rate in your reply. I am looking to hire a full time painter with their own vehicle that can start and finish a job from start to end with minimal direction. If you can cut without tape, caulk, fix minor drywall issues, paint trim and roll walls at a high level at a solid pace with minimal to no callbacks. If you can spray, that is a plus. Job sites are mainly in Victoria and Saanich with some less frequently in Sidney or Colwood. I don't care about years of experience, I'm focused on ability and keen attention to detail.Someone who always uses drop sheets, double checks the walls for see through spots and makes sure there is not a drop of paint anywhere that there shouldn't be. Sometimes a 1-3 year painter has more attention to detail than a veteran with 10-20 years under their belt.
