$26 · Looking to hire professional finishing painter 26/hr+

I am looking to hire a full time painter with their own vehicle that can start and finish a job from start to end with minimal direction. If you can cut well without tape, caulk, fix minor drywall issues, paint trim and roll walls at a high level at a solid pace with minimal to no callbacks. If you can spray that is a bonus. No forced evenings , forced weekends, or mandatory overtime, start and finish times are flexible as long as deadlines aren't being missed. Exact wage can be negotiated after a paid tryout job, that can be scheduled around your current work schedule so you don't walk away from your job prematurely. Years of experience are nice, but some 2 year painters can paint circles around guys with 20+ years. Most of that comes down to the 2 year painters still giving a damn and never saying "good enough". We really value hard work and honesty with the independent nature of our job sites. I worked for a lot of companies in the past where being good at your job meant a pat on the back with no reward except increasing your workload. We pay bonuses regularly and raises are given based on output and quality of work. It's almost like piece work but we take all the risk if it takes longer than expected.
