Looking for volunteer location for meeting/film shoot

Hi! We are hoping to reach out and kindly ask for any community support. We are a new, completely self funded project with a reality series that has high hopes and gaining a lot of interest...but not a lot of funding. We desperately need a place for a pre-production test film shoot for 3 hours on February 2nd, preferable evening, anywhere in the Greater Victoria area. We are looking for a location that would suit a paranormal reality series or a haunted type of setting. Real stories and people who wouldn't mind being interviewed would be a huge added bonus. We are looking for volunteer or very inexpensive locations. There is potential for payment for future filming if the show takes off and is a location we can do a story on. If you have anywhere in mind that might work for us, please contact us. We only can negotiate if you are the owner or have prime responsibility for the location itself.
