Looking for roomie to find a dope place with

Hi! My name is Emily -- I'm a 26 year old, full-time working professional currently living in James Bay (and would like to stay around here -- open to Oak Bay, Downtown, Saanich, or Vic West as well. I currently live alone and I gotta admit, it's pretty fantastic, but also very expensive (I'm currently paying $1700 a month). I've been wondering if there is someone out there that may be in the same situation as me (wanting to live in a nice place, but for less than an arm and a leg..). I would be willing to spend up to $1300 a month, but cheaper than that would be great! I would ideally like to be in a place that we can have our own bathrooms. I'm picky like that. But I'm also fun and super chill and laid back. I do love me some alone time, but it would be awesome if we could become friends and have chill roomie hang sesh's. If you are looking for places to go and thinking damn, this would be a lot cheaper with a roommate.... Well, then why don't we team up!? My lease in my current place is ending in September.
