Looking for land rental

I would like to build an off grid studio/workshop out of a 20' shipping container. I am looking for a small corner of land to rent where I could work freely and come and go as I please. I will take care of my own power. I am open to a monthly rental or a work trade situation. I can help you on your property with building, clearing land, running excavators and other equipment, fixing and repairing all sorts of stuff, installing solar or wind systems, gardening/farming etc. I have the skills and capital to build this now.
