Hi there my name is Corey. I am a professional in my late thirties working full time for Emery Electric. I have recently moved here (4 years) from the interior where I currently own and rent two houses. I consider myself to be a very kind, friendly, hard working and meticulously tidy/ organized individual. I grew up in a small town and have missed being a part of a community where I can get to know the people on my street and nearby. Im currently living in a sublet in Fernwood and absolutely love this quaint little neighborhood and really want to stay in the area. My current situation expires on March 30th so I would be looking for April 1st. I have no pets and I have fantastic rental and employment references. I don't mind taking care of any repairs or maintenance around the house and I also have all the tools / machines required for upkeeping the yard and gardens and enjoy doing this kind of work. I am looking for a house to share with a close friend who works for the coast guard full time and possibly one other depending on the size and cost of the dwelling.
