Looking for a tiny house parking spot

Hello, I am looking for a place to park my tiny house next summer, preferably someplace near public transit that is within an hour drive of Victoria. My tiny home is 8.5 x 22 feet long and can be plugged into a normal exterior outlet. The toilet is a flush toilet but can be converted to compost if sewer is not available. References can be given upon request. Looking to spend around 400.00 per month or exchange services but the price is negotiable. Thank you, Douglas
