$2,500 · Looking for a new LONG Term Home

The house we are living in Has been SOLD! We have 2019 to find a place to live but are hoping to move between March-Sept. We are looking for 3/4 bedrooms, 1 or more bathrooms, full single occupancy house that will accept our Beautiful Furry Family members or a Duplex type situation if they are accepting of the fur members. I am looking for a place whose landlord is a Lover of Animals and understands the importance of staying together. I can't just give away members of my family. My Fur members are all fixed so as to not increase the family without my permission lol. They are very well behaved and don't do any damage at all. We are long term renters.. We have been in our current house for 15 years this Apr... We don't want to move but the landlord has sold the house. All our rent is guaranteed and is also supplemented by BC Housing. We are good tenants.. no partying at all.. other then kids birthdays and holidays hehe.. We have our own lawn mower and weed wacker, I also have my own washer/dryer as well as a fridge and deep freeze. We currently live in the Esquimalt area and Love it here very much.. But would be willing to move to another area such as Vic West, Gorge, Saanich, View Royal, Langford..as long as we can make it Home, it's within walking distance to shopping, and have a Guarantee of a long term rental ... Some of my Fur family would be willing to keep your property clear of unwanted Rodents and Pests... I know the right Landlord and Home is out there for us... I just have to keep the Faith. PS. I really have to encourage you to not be scared of taking on my Family and Pets... we really are good reliable people. My Landlord adores us and has given an Excellent reference. The Rent can be higher or lower as well.. depending on the size of the house and area it's in. 1400-2600$ ish. Thank you very much. The persons who will be living in the House are Myself, My 19 year old Daughter, my Mom and my Grandson Part time. We have a vehicle so it can be a farm type setting.. but I don't personally drive so having stores around is best as well as my Mom is in a scooter so some local stores are needed.
