Looking for a fruit lady - or gentleman - income potential but no hourly wage

Advancing age is crowding out my ability to properly care for my fruit. Raspberries, grapes, strawberries, plums, pears,figs, cherries, blackberries, blueberries. ALL ORGANIC for 20+ years. Can you tend them? Using attentive labour rather than pesticides and herbicides ? Here's what you can have in return: ~~ at least: 30 to 60% of yield ~~ additionally: option to value-add and create product for sale. If you'd like to make jam, fruit leather, cider, or dry fruit to sell, I'd be keen to work that out. Not with promises on the front end, but by building trust over the summer. In your reply, please consider these issues: 1. Give the two nearest cross streets to where you live. I've tried this or similar barters in the past. Since you need to be here no less than 4 days a week for at least an hour, longer when harvesting, if it's an hour bus ride or a 40 minute drive, you will soon realize that 8 hours of travel a week is not for you. No matter what you "think" you will do, that's the reality. 2. Describe your daytime availability. In another month or two, coming before or after work will be possible. For now, if you work 9 to 5 Mon to Fri, it just won't work. A number of 3 to 4 hour sessions are needed ASAP particularly in strawberries and raspberries - the weeds grow 24/7 unfortunately. 3. Experience and knowledge are assets. That said, I have no problem working alongside a newbie who demonstrates a sustained desire to "learn as you go." Unfortunately, most people like the romance of growing things and unrealistic gardening photo-shoot style images don't help. 4. I have a special place in my heart for special needs. If you'd like to do this with, for example, your husband or wife who is recovering from a stroke or with your autistic child age 12+ by all means - be in touch! 5. Single moms or dads. Home school parents. Not a suitable place to bring your toddler or elementary school aged child. If you have an older child who might want to explore the entrepreneurship angle or who otherwise could work alongside you, I'm happy to explore that.
