$650,000 · Looking for a Building Lot

We have sold our home and are looking for a building lot that is private and quiet to build a contemporary home. Price range is $600,000 - $700,000. The criteria of privacy and quiet are more important than size, so the perfect lot could be 7,000 sq ft or up to 1/2 acre. The lot could be anywhere from Central Saanich to Victoria (not Westshore). We have a builder and are ready to go and don't require financing so it could be a quick transaction for the right property.
