Looking for roommate to share apartment located at 221 Gorge Rd E. - Available whenever. $880/mnth + optional parking; utilities included. I currently have a lease until October 2020 and will likely continue to stay here due to the convenient location and atmosphere. Bedroom is 13.5' wide by 9.5' long, and has a closet. There is lots of room in the living room if you would like to set up a desk or a TV. Internet is 150/50. No dishwasher in the kitchen- need someone who is comfortable hand-washing their own dishes Card laundry on the main floor (about 10 stairs down) Pets allowed provided additional pet damage deposit (Certain breed restrictions with the apartment management) Must sign on to lease (Stay until October) and references will be checked - by the apartment company $440 deposit required. About Me: I'm 27, and have recently moved from Kamloops to Victoria in October 2019. I work for the government full time during the week on a flex schedule (every second Monday is off) I am quiet, clean, easy going, and do not party (usually awake at 7 and in bed by 11/midnight). I typically spend my free time on the computer, lifting weights, or doing chores. I don't know very many people in Victoria, so I rarely have guests. I am looking for someone who cleans up after themselves, works or studies full time, and is respectful.
