$1,650 · Looking for Our Next Space to Call HOME

Ideal location: anywhere from Gordon Head/Mt. Doug all the way north to Sidney. Bedrooms: 1 + den or 2 bedroom, we'd also consider a spacious 1 bedroom Budget: maximum $1650 utilities included (or $1600 plus utilities) Start date: April 1st, 2021 Lease terms: I'd prefer 6 months that rolls into a month to month beyond that, however I have flexibility around this as it's not a deal breaker and would consider a 1 year lease for the right place :) Must haves: -bath tub -access to outdoor space, patio and/or yard -hardwood/laminate flooring (carpet in the bedroom is okay) -lots of natural light Nice to haves: -walking distance to the ocean -fireplace A bit about us: I am a mature (in my 40's), responsible, single mama who is looking for our next place to call home for myself and my 2.5 year old daughter. We currently live up on Bear Mountain and have been here since June 2019, although we enjoy our current space I would like to be off the mountain and closer to the ocean :) We are early risers (anywhere in between 6:30 and 7:30) and my daughter is asleep by 7pm in the evenings. We live a fairly simple lifestyle, are eco conscious and enjoy spending time in nature. As a previous homeowner I take a lot of pride and care in the space we occupy as it is our sanctuary.
