Looking for any history on a 1959 red & white El Camino (similar to pictures) that was sold in the Royal Oak area about 20 years ago. Was a 348 tri-power 4 speed car with white 15" rallys and a white tonneau with a red bowtie. Cheers n Thanks. Will share whatever info passed on from this ad, may help find out more. #1 Emailer says "There was one always parked at the bird of paradise pub on glanford ave that looked to be either the owners or an employee. It was not stock though. #2 I remembered that '59 well ! It was parked on Vanalman Ave for the longest time.I don't know the gentlemans name but the house was just a couple of streets over and I think the house was his Mum And Dads . He might have worked out of town as the car was parked in a lower driveway and sat there for quite a while.it seemed that the house sold and after that was the last time I saw it.I bought a '59 Impala 4 Dr in 1969 a yellow car with a black vinyl roof and rear section. They are rare and fabulous cars.
