Logistics Coordinator

Job Responsibilities * Monitor and manage customer expectations during the delivery process. * Manage the purchasing and delivering the process of appliance inventory. * Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments. * Coordinate with delivery drivers and customer to schedule appliance delivery. * Address customer complaints and ensure they are resolved. * Liaise with the Sales Department to optimize supply chain management. * Bring on board property management companies for accounts service and account sales while developing and maintaining effective relationships. * Act as backup for service and sales departments. * Assist customers for instore pick up of appliances and other duties as required. Job Requirements * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Ability to adapt to rapidly changing demands of the department. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Appliance knowledge and a passion to learn more about the appliance industry Job Type: Full-time Salary: Commensurate with experience Education and Experience 2+ years of general logistics experience High School
