Job Description: To produce and create all incoming items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications, recipes and techniques of the company. Including preparation of station specific food items on a shiftily basis. Ensuring the expectations of our guests are met and surpassed in terms of service excellence and food quality while adhering to budgetary constraints. Duties: * Quality and speed of output * Ability to get along with others (teamwork) * Knowledge of company food specifications and plating's * Adherence to cost control guidelines * Food Handling * Cleanliness Competencies: Ability to execute with high volume culinary production skills.
