Blue Meadow landscaping is a busy landscaping company! Based in Metchosin, provides high-quality residential and commercial landscaping services throughout Greater Victoria. We are currently seeking a committed qualified Landscape Foreman (Construction/maintenance) and general labour to join our driven team. As a perfect fit for us as a foreman you will: have a minimum of 2-5 yrs experience in the landscaping industry experience with fencing, interlocking brick, laying sod, pruning trees/hedges plant and tree identification, a green thumb is always an asset! have experience using various power tools and equipment (we are willing to provide some training) have experience leading and motivating small teams and working on your own have a clean driving abstract and experience towing trailers have excellent communication & leadership skills reliable transportation to/from work You get to work with a company who has been in business over 19 years, cares about their employees, a supported team environment and flexible work hours.
