SKILLS & ABILITIES: o Ability to interact effectively with co-workers, other staff, and elderly residents o Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job including lifting, and prolonged standing and walking. o Be able to read and write English QUALIFICATIONS o Completion of Grade 10; preferably supplemented by a vocational school course in janitorial services o Knowledge of WHMIS and MSD sheets o Preferably some related experience o Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to chest height o Experience in cleaning of filters o Must be eligible to work with vulnerable adults and children, under the BC Criminal Record Review program o Negative TB Screen You can also express your interest in this opportunity at "Work With Us" through our website: www.broadmeadcare.com
