Ideally looking for single tenant due to the shared laundry and septic limitations. With having two young children, we are not looking for partying, excessive drinking, any drugs, or smoking/vaping of any kind on the property. Due to wildlife on the property we would prefer no pets, unless perhaps you have chickens or fish.
Nice location close by shops and all amenities in Brentwood Bay, 3 minute drive to Prospect Lake and Durrance Lake, or Hiking/Biking Hartland and Mt. Work. Very easy commute to downtown and BC Ferries, I work downtown daily and it takes approx. 20-25 mins.
