We are a very busy couple and are looking for a quiet and tidy tenant or couple who does NOT smoke. Please note we need a quiet household due to night shift work. A dog will be allowed if it is well behaved and a pet deposit will be required. Tenant is required to pay 1/3 of the hydro bill, Telus cable and internet are included that is shared with landlord, as well as garbage and recycling pickup.
