Large furnished room in basement suite.(utilities+internet included) Available on January 1st. Can take for just January and February, or can also stay for part or all of March. For tenants not staying for the entire month of March, rent will be adjusted accordingly. Depending on amount of interest, I may consider even shorter stays at a weekly rate. Share kitchen and bathroom with 3 roommates in the basement suite. Each bedroom has it's own lock and is furnished with a bed/desk/chair/dresser. Great location next to the galloping goose for biking. Also short walk to multiple bus stops. Walking distance to groceries (Save-On-Foods at Tillicum mall). Only about 30 minute walk down the galloping goose trail to Uptown Shopping Center.
