Hey there! Thanks for viewing my ad, I'm a 4th year student studying full-time looking for a roommate to share my warm, beautiful suite. The partially furnished suite has a large living room, large kitchen with dishwasher, oven/stove, and lots of cabinet space. There is in-suite laundry along with a wood-burning fireplace for these cool winter months! There are 3 bedrooms (unfurnished) and two bathrooms, so you would have a bathroom all to yourself! Rent is 925/mth which includes all utilities. It is close to McKenzie/Quadra and close to UVic, downtown, and the Uptown centre. There is storage both inside and outside the suite with a nice-sized backyard and front yard. There is lots of parking, with space in the driveway as well as on the street. The landlord is a really nice guy and I have established a good relationship with him as well as the neighbors in the quiet area during my time here. I've moved around lots since coming to this city 5 years ago and have loved it in this suite from day one, as I'm sure you will too. A bit about me: I study full time and work part time. I'm a clean, organized, and mature individual that is looking for the same in a roommate. Communication is important to me, I am easy going, don't throw parties, and don't smoke.
