Landscape Maintenance - Junior Supervisor Falling Water Property Services. Victoria, BC We are a growing company looking for a junior supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position; we offer competitive wages and a benefit package. Landscaping experience is not required. We have a strong training program with lots of opportunity for educational and financial growth. The ideal candidate is someone who has an interest in the landscaping industry and is looking to make a positive change. Our entire team comes from positions outside of the landscaping field. The position: You will be responsible for a managing a small team (2-3 employees including yourself), and ensuring that work is completed in a safe, efficient and detailed manner. You will drive a pick-up truck from property to property, and work with your team to perform all maintenance duties (lawn mowing and trimming, hedge trimming, garden bed maintenance, leaf raking and blowing, dumping of debris, etc.) For the right person, this could be a career job where you grow with the company.
