Almost new, pristine condition, La-Z-Boy Premier apartment size sofa-bed with matching cushions and storage ottoman on casters for easy moving. Stain-resistant "iClean" fabric in neutral colour. Delivered Feb. 2018 but rarely sat on/mattress never opened or slept on. Paid $3700, incl. 7-year protection plan. Smoke-free, pet-free home. Sofa dimensions 71"w x 37"h x 38"d. Redecorating. New couch coming soon so this one needs a new home.
