LOOKING FOR: 3 Bedroom rental for young family IN LANGFORD

My family and I are looking for a 3 bedroom rental in the Langford area. I (36 yrs old) ) am an Elevator Mechanic apprentice, my wife (32) does hairdressing and graphic design, and we have a 5 yr old son and a 6 month old daughter. Our new landlords are taking occupancy of our current unit at the end of summer 2021. We thought it might be wise to put this out sooner than later to see what feedback we may get from people planning on putting their property up within the next year. We really enjoy Langford and hope to stay within its limits. Our son is enrolled in school here and we enjoy our friends and neighborhood. We would ideally be looking for 3 bedrooms (condo/duplex/townhouse/house) with hopefully a yard for the kids to play, and some storage.
