A nationwide cleaning company Tricom Building Maintenance is looking for experienced Light Duty Cleaners to join our team in Nanaimo. Job Duties include, but are not limited to- -Sweep, mop and wash floors -Clean washrooms -Wipe and disinfect all surfaces -Pick up debris and empty trash receptacles -Polish glass and chrome surfaces -Dusting/ High Dusting -Cleaning interior windows/ glass -Empty trash receptacles around the building Specific Skills: -Maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness for location serviced by Tricom Building Maintenance. -Candidate must have a clear understanding for time management and a keen eye for detail. -Must be comfortable working in an exciting and fast paced environment. -Must be friendly and able to communicate in a professional manner with guests/employees of establishment. Security and Safety (This position is dependent on the following): -Background check Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: -Fast-paced environment. -Standing for extended periods. -Bending, Lifting and Walking for extended periods of time.
