We have one room available November 1st, in a 2 bedroom suite in our home - we rent out both rooms individually. Renting like this allows you to have a large, beautiful and fully equipped home, without the responsibility of the other half of the rent. Room can be furnished, or not. Features include: - laminate floors throughout - dishwasher - big screen TV with various gaming systems - off street parking - in suite laundry Rent includes Netflix, wifi, heat, water, laundry, garbage/recycling/compost pick up ... all the things the city charges for! There are no hidden costs ... $775 is all inclusive (except for your own personal phone). This is a family environment - no partiers, please! We value diversity in our home - we welcome people with disabilities, LGBTQ people, and people from anywhere in the world - and because you will be sharing space in our home, we are seeking a tenant who shares these values. Each room is suitable for one renter only. Please note: we have indicated that we are not pet friendly - only because we have 2 friendly dogs in the home already.
