$850 · July 1 - 1 Room in Shared 2 bedroom Condo in Quadra Village

Sadly, my roommate is moving back to Winnipeg this month and I'll be looking for someone to share this two bedroom condo with. Its a great space! There's in suite laundry, a dishwasher, new appliances, 1.5 bath (I only use the main one to shower so its basically yours.) patio space, tons of storage space, storage locker, big closets (mirror closet in entry way) , secure bike rack, fob building entry, working fire place... Rent is $850 + wifi is split 50/50 and is $100 mo/ so rent is $900 hydro is typically around $35 mo/ split as well (depends) I have a small shiba inu/ jindo cross named Kevin. She is 1 year old now and very affectionate/ funny. I'd appreciate finding someone who likes dogs. If you yourself have a small pet (under 35 lbs) Move in will depend on if they get along with my dog. a little more about me - I'm 28 full time health care professional. I work 5 days a week from 6:30-2:30. I'm not home all that often. In my spare time I like to take my dog out for adventures, go out and listen to bands (not these days unfortunately), camping, or I'm always down to just chill at home with a good movie. I'm clean and respectful. I wont intrude on your space and I ask the same curtousy... that being said, I want to live with someone that I can sit around and have a few laughs with after a long day. I don't party and I don't want to live with someone who wants to party at home. Have friends over anytime though if you like!
