Skilled Position Victoria's best wood window and door manufacturing company is seeking a Journeyman Cabinetry specialist /Joiner to join our fun and expanding team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Working under the Owner direction, you will be directed to tasks in addition to daily duties and will be provided general supervision throughout the normal course of business. Are you a full Journeyman in the Cabinetry / Joinery trade? Do you have the ability to work both in and outdoors, stand on your feet for extended periods of time and be physically capable of lifting heavy items (over 50lbs)? Do you have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask? Are you an independent self-motivator in addition to being a team player? Can you operate designated shop equipment in a safe and efficient manner at all times? Do you have hands on work experience with solid wood windows and or doors? Are you environmentally responsible with shop recyclables? Do you speak, read and write well? Do you follow processes/systems? Are you ready to do general labour, prep and assembly tasks as assigned as well as additional duties as outlined by Management? Do you have the desire to exceed expectations?
