Spinnakers Brewpub & Guesthouses is the oldest brewpub in Canada with a strong focus on sourcing local ingredients to create fantastic food, beer and cider. On top of all this, we have our esteemed Guesthouses which are a destination for both locals and international travelers alike. The busy holiday season is approaching and we are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking person to join our Janitorial & Housekeeping team! The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities: Requirements: - Available early mornings and weekends (shifts from 8am-4pm) - Has reliable transportation - Works well with others as well as independently - Detail oriented - Able to lift a minimum of 30lbs - Has previous housekeeping and/or janitorial work experience Responsibilities: - Efficient daily cleaning of the restaurant and brewpub - Daily cleaning of the guest rooms, stay-over service, and general tidying of the grounds - Complete daily and weekly checklists - Sort, wash, load, unload, iron and fold laundry - Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards guests and staff If you fit the above description please come by the Front Desk and drop off your resume and cover letter in person or via email in PDF or Word format addressed to Kaylee.
