4 bedroom, 3 BA vineyard estate for holiday rental. Hot-tub off the main suite, which includes bedroom fireplace. Palm-tree and lavender lined outdoor (unheated) pool with view of Olympics. Furnished (mid-century modern). Finnish wood-fired sauna available for guest use. Large sitting room / gourmet kitchen with modernist Jotul fireplace and many outdoor eating areas. Overlooking working vineyard and farm. Extensive gardens. Rental includes exclusive use of the entire residence on the vineyard estate, which is a working winery from 12-5 PM daily, with our public tasting room in a separate building on the property. Does not include exclusive use of the grounds, tasting room, or access to the winery (garage area). After hours, guests enjoy undisturbed tranquility on the estate and farm. Outdoor parking for up to 2 vehicles. Complimentary winemaker tour and wine tasting if you wish, and we're happy to talk wine always. All utilities are included (fast wifi and cable onsite), and the owners maintain the gardens and pool daily. We are unable to accommodate pets due to tasting room and farm operations on the public part of the property. We are strictly no smoking onsite (including cannabis please). Local by-law requires that we rent for a minimum of 15 days, so rentals must be bi-weekly or longer please. Our rates are $2000 per week (2-4 week rentals). We are happy to pro-rate daily portions of weeks over 15 days and up to 30 days. Monthly rentals are $5500. Please note that we do host and are permitted to host weddings on the property, which we do in the summers only, but please contact us separately about wedding rental rates and the insurance and permitting process. We are delighted to help you plan your vineyard wedding. The vineyard holiday let is not for weddings or parties. The guest home is a maximum occupancy of 6, no parties or large events, no sublets, no Air B N B. We are booked until August 15 and have availability at this time from August 15 forward.
