This 3/4 HP waste disposal unit is new, in original box (only opened for rough sizing purposes) and ultimately never installed. This is not Big Box store version, which is base quality, it is the contractor series and was purchased wholesale at some $350. We can't fit the unit to our application so unfortunately have to take a $$ hit. This product is one of the best Insinkerator made; feature rich and extremely quiet. Priced to sell to serious/knowledgable buyer. PS This unit DOES come with power cord. The link shows similar product without cord and offers an add-on kit of some $25 to have it included.
