$1,234 · Inside Sales/Office Position

We are looking for someone to join our team! Previous industry experience considered an asset but not necessary. We are looking to hire an inside sales representative/office assistant to provide product and service information by phone/email and in person. The position includes helping customers with designing and ordering their countertops. As well as: * Receives requests and respond to inquiries from customers * Provides price and technical assistance to customers * Assists customers by answering product and service questions * Resolves product or service problems * Processes payments * Maintains quality service by following organizational standards * Checks inventory for product availability, providing delivery dates to customers and verifying prices * Orders inventory from numerous suppliers * Assists in day to day administration duties such as: stock entry, filing, general housekeeping, vendor and freight claims * Maintains literature and samples, keeping showroom stocked with product * Contributes to team effort and completes other duties as required or assigned * Helps to load/unload customers and suppliers Required Skills and Experience: * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office * Strong math skills * The ability to multi task and manage projects/tasks simultaneously * The ability to take initiative * Exceptional customer service skills * The ability to lift up to 50lbs * The ability to understand and follow direction and abide by company safety guidelines * The ability to work on an individual basis or as a team * A valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract considered an asset * Previous reception experience considered an asset * Occupational first aid considered an asset Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30pm Compensation: $16 - $19 per hour (depending on experience) Please email your resume, cover letter and wage expectations to becki@patersoncountertops.ca
