I am a 19 year old young woman with diverse abilities looking for a part-time Inclusion Facilitator to join my team of supporters helping me build a meaningful life at home and in my community. The position includes working with my family and support network to map out and facilitate valued roles in community, helping me to maintain friendships and build new ones, supporting my personal and physical care needs, as well as facilitating my communication and positive behaviour support plan. Job duties range from coffee shop exploration, dance parties, meal preparation, dressing and feeding, grocery shopping, Zumba, attending music events and discovering nightlife in Victoria. Successful applicants will be patient, curious, outgoing and driven by values of inclusion. Experience with behaviour intervention and augmentative and alternative communication is an asset.
