I'm looking for a nice, quiet, clean place. Is that too much to ask?

I'm a mature (60) quiet guy who doesn't drink or do drugs, I don't smoke anything, I'm friendly but have a tendency to keep to myself, don't blast the TV, don't stay up late, don't have any pets but will definitely not mind if your cat or dog would like some extra attention and have my own bedroom stuff (bed/frame, TV, stand, chair, etc). I know how to cook for myself and clean up pretty much right away. I'm hoping to find something in the $500-650 range depending on what's included that's close to the bus routes.
