ISO off property free lease to loving farm.

My daughter has been desperately looking for the right horse for her. She is 16 years old and has been riding on and off for the last 8 years. She is looking for a horse who has spent a few miles in the arena (English), can w/t/c with ease and do courses and small jumps. We also have trails on the property so must not be skittish. Also not herdbound, as we have a small herd (1 fjord and 2 minis). We offer excellent accommodation (a barn with full runs attached to a 10 by 20 foot stall), paddocks, grassy fields, a 220 by 120 ft riding ring, our own orchard hay, etc. I have references if needed. Looking for an off property lease short or long term, or eventual purchase. We are flexible, I would just love to see her riding again and hopefully find someone who may benefit from a loving home for their horse. Thank you so much.
