$800 · ISO new home to rent+lovely people to share it with!

Hello lovely people!💕 *Photo for attention* I've been having such a hard time finding a new place to call home when it dawned on me...with the housing crisis at a 0.03% vacancy rate I'm certain I'm not the only one! Which GOT ME THINKING WHAT IF just what if MYSELF AND 4-5 other AMAZING HUMANS FOUND a BEAUTIFUL HOME in town in vic TO call our own and SHARE TOGETHER?!🎆 I am seeing a ton of five bedroom homes right now in town that are absolutely beautiful and very affordable!! 😁 I've been both co-captain and tenant in communal homes. I'd love to get that going again AND in turn maybe help a few people including myself overcome this housing crisis. I work full time, can provide excellent references and I'm a non smoker. 420 friendly💚 I'm non binary and in my late 20's. I identify as they/them🏳️‍🌈 Some things I enjoy doing are writing, photography, geeking out over herbal remedies, watching anime or cartoons, practicing self care, gardening, parkour and martial arts🧘‍♂️ I am relatively tidy but not a clean freak lol. I believe in honoring space and practicing conscious communication. I come with a super sweet well behaved 9 year old outdoor kitty🐈 He absolutely loves cuddles!💕 I also come with furnishings that I'm happy to contribute ☺️ My max is 750-800 including laundry and utilities but preferably less.
