$1,700 · ISO: Pet Friendly 2 Bedroom Home/Condo

We are a professional couple in our early 30's about to embark on the journey of parenthood! We are expecting the end of July and looking for a bigger space in the next few months, ideally June 1st. We do not smoke (of any kind) and we do not party. We prefer to be outside on hikes/trails on our days off and relax quietly at home with Netflix in the evenings. We also have a sweet 25 lbs non-shedding labradoodle and she goes to work with one of us every day. We have excellent references from our employers and previous landlords, including our current landlord. We have been at our current place for four years and expect to live longterm in our future home as well. We are searching for a 2 bedroom house/condo/duplex/upper level/carriage house in or nearby Victoria/Oak Bay/Esquimalt/Saanich. We hope the space is private, bright and ideally, has a little patch of green or nearby parks/trails to walk our dog. Also included in our wish list is a dishwasher, in-suite laundry, included utilities and one parking spot. A spacious kitchen would be a bonus, because I love to cook! We make great, responsible and friendly tenants and we look forward to hearing from you! :)
