Care & Company is seeking a part-time professional who can assist with Human Resources and Administration duties at our busy office located in beautiful Oak Bay. Hours: 20 hrs per week ideally 9:00am-1:00pm. Hours are negotiable and flexible. Our ideal candidate would have the following experience & skills: - A thorough understanding of BC labour laws and policies - Hiring experience - Benefits experience - Experience with disciplinary actions and policies - Managing employee files - Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook Additional Administration duties to include: - Providing administrative duties to the team as required - Additional hours during vacation leaves and holidays - Supporting the team with ordering supplies when needed
