Host/Manager RV Park & Campground

Mature person or couple required for Resident Park Host at year round RV Park & Campground. Duties: Take care of day-to-day administrative work Take reservations, collect payment Register guests, sell firewood, and inform guests of rules Maintain positive public relations Regular cleaning of campsites and washrooms Screen applications for monthly stays Maintain RV sites and common areas of the park Operate lawn tractor and utility vehicle Enforce park rules, handle complaints Oversee safety and security of the park Take after hours calls and provide 24 hour emergency coverage Requirements: Hospitality industry experience Basic knowledge of recreational vehicles Good communication skills Organization and record keeping skills Computer skills including Microsoft Office - reservation program training provided General knowledge of computers, printers, etc. Operational experience with lawn tractors, utility vehicles, trimmers, etc. General "handyman" skills Compensation: Salary Bonuses/Commissions On-site housing for up to two occupants including electricity and internet (no pets).
