Hospitality Management Assistant

Hospitality Management Assistant Little Piggy Catering is hiring a Hospitality Management Assistant. This is a service and office position. Duties are mainly assisting the GM with: Making and returning phone call Assisting with event sales and planning Assisting with administration and human resources Logistics coordination Coordinating equipment and supplies Procurement and ordering (this may include physically going shopping) As well as, Supervising junior staff Serving and coordinating service at offsite events Assisting with deliveries and pick ups Qualifications: 2+ experience in a hospitality / event management position or similar Formal post secondary education is preferred, particularly in hospitality or business- recent hospitality management grads are encouraged to apply Experience as a server, particularly in a catering or hotel environment in preferred Drivers license is mandatory Vehicle an asset, but not required (mileage provided). Ability to work independently and with limited supervision Compensation: $40 000 - $42 000 / yr (mileage, OT compensated + scheduled bonuses, other compensation as negotiated)
