$950 per month - Home-Stay Available. ($35 per day for short term stay or a partial month) Clean, bright, bedroom with semi-private, adjacent three piece bathroom, includes free wi-fi, laundry, all utilities and three meals daily. Self serve breakfast, (some options - oatmeal, pancakes, cereal, eggs, toast, coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt) and lunch ( some options- soup, sandwiches, bagels, noodles, cookies, fruit, leftovers), delicious home cooked dinners are prepared nightly by host. We are seeking a considerate, female student, 18+ but are flexible and will consider other options. No overnight guests and no parking is available. Short walk to Quadra / MacKenzie shopping mall, Tim's, Starbucks and bus stops. Close bus ride to University of Victoria, both Camosun College campuses, downtown and Shopping Malls. We are a warm and welcoming family home, two adults and one mature cat. We are active, friendly and have recent police record checks available.
