Large, bright, clean private room with double bed, desk, bookcase, night stand / lamp, and armoire. Private adjacent bathroom, shared kitchen, dining, yard, deck, upper and lower floor living rooms. Includes 3 daily meals, use of laundry, wifi, and all utilities. Available short term or monthly, $950 per month or $35 per day for days in a partial month. Short walk to bus to downtown, UVic and Camosun campuses. Non smoking, 18+ Female student, international preferred but we are flexible. No overnight guests or parking available.
