Special Homeshare Wanted (Victoria or surrounding neighborhoods) Looking for a self contained,comfortable bright spacious suite or carriage house for a gentleman who has cognitive delays. He needs a home where there is someone willing to be a Home Share Provider. This tenant would be easy to get a long with. He is fun, bright, positive, helpful. He does have some challenges. He needs help with meals.... not all of them, shopping, planning, reminders to take his medication etc. He is very independent, keeps his home neat, is very clean, loves to shower, does his own laundry. He has a big support network, community inclusion hours, a community support group that he goes to most days. He volunteers at a soup kitchen once a week. (before Covid...and I am sure he will after Covid) He is VERY conscious about being safe with Covid issues. He stays to himself, wears a mask and uses sanitizers etc. He loves movies, music and playing games on line. He has a big supportive family. Being near a bus route is a plus ! Having a bath tub is a plus but not a deal breaker. Remuneration for room and board plus attractive remuneration for providing Home Share.
