We are seeking witnesses to an accident in the parking lot of the St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store located at 2784 Claude Road, Langford, B.C., between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday, January 19, 2019, in which a blue car struck a female pedestrian, and then left the scene.
