Hey Victoria, we are in need of an Jr & Sr hairstylist currently. 48% 52% 57% commission rates. 14$/hr probationary period - $15hr after 3mths. Quarterly bonus & other perks included. 4 or 5 day work weeks...make your own schedule. Tips - our staff normally make 10-30%!in tips, and we tip out daily. Great location with a great clientele. We work with Bumble&Bumble, Wella Professional, Olaplex, KevinMurphy, Evo, Product, Awapuhi, Milkshake, and a few others. We are creative, energetic, young, fresh, and fashion forward in all things hair. We promote creativity, a safe clean & fun work environment, and long term growth. - We have self employed options, or employed options for ya (with back up wage for newer stylists) - We are a Bumble&Bumble salon and offer international education (valid passport required) as well as in house education and events. - We have a high traffic beautiful downtown Victoria location which is great for getting new clientele - Shared social media platforms to help promote your work - Very competitive commission & bonus structure including retail incentives. - Very competitive chair rental options w/ reward options and retail incentives. - Be your own boss, pick your own schedule, and work your clients in a way that works best for you.
