What is Hero Training? Everyone has an inner hero. It's an instinct for you to reach higher than you can. It's an urge that pushes you to make a difference, to accomplish the impossible, and to be your best. Hero Training is focused on helping you strengthen the hero inside and give you the skills you need to dominate your challenges. What to Expect I offer a complementary 30 mins call to determine what you'd like to accomplish and how we can work together. We will establish how long and often you'd like to be coached and what else to expect. Based on our schedules we will meet 3-4 times a month for 30 minutes to 1 hour by phone, or internet service. The goals of each coaching session are to (1) Discover and Envision what you want (2) Establish your Goals (3) Determine Action and (4) Empower you to achieve. These steps will be accomplished as we dive deeper into what is important to you, establish what direction you want to pursue, and build action plans that you feel comfortable with. Through it all you will find more of your inner hero to follow through with the plans you make.
